By accessing and using ZenAI Enterprise ("the Service"), you accept these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Service description

ZenAI is a financial operating system for digital businesses that lets you record revenue, expenses, debts and obtain financial analysis via AI. It includes integration with Stripe, PayPal, Whop, Fanbasis, and a Telegram AI bot.

Acceptable use

When using ZenAI, you agree to:

Provide truthful, up-to-date information
Not attempt to access other users' data
Not use the Service for illegal activities
Keep your access credentials confidential
Be responsible for all team members accessing under your account

Financial data

ZenAI does not store or process payments. The platform records and analyzes financial information that you enter or that syncs from services like Stripe, PayPal and Whop. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you record.

Third-party integrations

By connecting Stripe, PayPal, Whop, Fanbasis or other platforms, you also accept the terms of service of those platforms. ZenAI is not responsible for changes in the availability or operation of these integrations.

Limitation of liability

ZenAI provides financial analysis as a support tool. The Service does not constitute professional financial, legal or tax advice. Financial decisions are the sole responsibility of the user.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Significant changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after changes implies acceptance.

Cancellation

You can cancel your account at any time from Settings. Account deletion entails the removal of all your data from our systems within 30 days.
