ZenAI Enterprise ("ZenAI", "we") operates as a financial operating system for digital businesses, creators, and entrepreneurs. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly to us:

Account data: name, email, company
Financial data: transactions, revenue, expenses, debts you record in the platform
OAuth connections: access tokens for Stripe, Whop, PayPal and other platforms (stored securely on the server)
Telegram data: chat ID and username when you connect the bot
Usage data: pages visited and features used

How we use your information

Provide and improve the ZenAI services
Generate AI financial analysis and recommendations
Send reports and alerts via Telegram if you opt in
Sync financial data from connected platforms
Customer support

Data security

All financial data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with per-user isolation enforced by Row-Level Security. Credentials for external platforms (Stripe, Whop, PayPal) are stored only on the server and never exposed to the browser. All communication happens over HTTPS with HSTS preload.

Data sharing

We do not sell or share your information with third parties, except:

Infrastructure providers required to operate the service (Supabase, Fly.io, Anthropic, Google)
When required by law

AI processing disclosure

To power the AI advisor, summaries of your transactions, subscriptions, debts, budgets and invoices are sent to Anthropic (Claude) and/or Google (Gemini). These providers process data under their own privacy terms. We never send raw payment credentials.
